Swimming is a sport that requires parents to volunteer. Swim meets require a lot of extra hands on deck to make them successful.

The Stingrays require all parents to commit to 4 volunteer positions and 1 “on call” position each season. Positions will vary in terms of time, effort and commitment. These positions will be required at home and away meets, as well as at Champs.

If you might prefer getting your hours prior to the season, we have a way!  Planning concessions, finding team sponsors, coordinating merchandise (swim caps, team swag and swimmer shirts), planning events, or organizing volunteer positions are all places we need help.  Reach out by email as we'd LOVE to share assistance needed and the hours that could be achieved through these jobs.

Swim meets start at 6 p.m.  Please arrive and drop off your swimmer on time!

Swim meets held on Tuesday evenings will have a rain date of Wednesday.
